Wanted to let everyone know that we now have a maintenance request form that you can fill out on-line and send directly to our office. Simply click on the "Maintenance Request" tab, fill the information out, & hit the "submit" button.

Hamilton and Associates has teamed up with Paylease Inc. to provide online payment of rent! You can now eliminate the burden of mailing or dropping off your rent every month. Through PayLease, you will now be able to pay your rent via credit/debit card or an e-check from your checking or savings account. You can make a one-time payment at www.paylease.com or sign up to have your payments automatically withdrawn each month. It’s that easy! No more late rent payments! E-Checks, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa are all accepted.
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Welcome to your new apartment! We do provide a 24 hour EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE PHONE; however there are a few things you should consider before you call. The Maintenance phone is for AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES. This is to be used from 5pm to 8am Monday through Friday and on weekend. Please call the office first and if no one answers please leave a detailed message explaining the problem.
If you toilet is overflowing, turn off the water supply for the toilet. It is located at the base of the toilet under the tank, turn it clockwise. If your toilet is stopped up, overflowing, or not flushing properly, PLUNGE THE TOILET FIRST. The normal reason for a toilet to be stopped up is too much paper was used or a personal item has fallen into the bowl. If plunging does not work and it is the only toilet in the apartment, please call the emergency phone. If you have another toilet, please call during office hours.
If your sink is stipped up, again, use a plunger. In the kitchen you must put the stopper in one side and then plunge the other side. If you have a disposal, after plunging, push the reset button on the bottom of the disposal and turn it on.
