Maintenance and Landscaping...
An integral part of providing Association and property management is the maintenance provided. The appearance of your property and the manner in which repairs are done is an important aspect of making the owners and tenants happy as well as properly marketing your location. With this in mind we will provide regular and prompt maintenance and landscaping services. Also, the staff will make regular onsite inspections to identify repair needs or exterior improvements. The onsite review can prevent problems from becoming major repairs. This will be very convenient for our staff because we are "in Town".
To insure that major repairs are done efficiently and are cost effective we have developed a good maintenance staff and out side vendors to provide timely repairs. With major repairs we generally secure at least two bids from qualified and reputable contractors. These bids are reviewed carefully for specifications and price before presenting them to the Board or owner for approval. We also inspect major work in process and on completion, prior to payment.
